We raise all of our heritage pork and chicken on rotated pastures, The way our great grandparents did years before us.
They live the high life grazing silvo pastures planted with turnips, clover, rye, acorns while enjoying the Vermont sunshine and the Green Mountain air. Our animals are also fed a local supplemental grain diet to make sure they are receiving all the nutrients and vitamins they need to live a healthy life while ensuring a high quality end product for you & your family to enjoy. We support other local farms, producers & businesses to keep our farm running. When purchasing from us you are supporting many other local small businesses along the way.
At Greener Pastures our hogs & poultry spend their whole lives roaming freely and are never kept in cages. Becca & Ben’s farming practices and beliefs help to preserve and protect the land and respect the animals from birth through processing.
