We raise all of our mangalitsa cross heritage pork and chicken on rotated pastures ! The way our great grandparents did
They live the high life grazing silvo pastures planted with turnips, clover, rye, acorns while enjoying theVermont sunshine and the Green Mountain air. Our animals are also fed a local supplemental grain diet to make sure they are receiving all the nutrients and vitamins they need to live a healthy life. We support other local farms, producers & businesses to keep our farm running. When purchasing from us you are supporting many other local small businesses along the way.
At Greener Pastures our hogs & poultry spend their whole lives roaming freely and grazing Greener Pastures grasses. Becca & Ben’s farming practices and beliefs help to preserve and protect the land and respect the animals from birth through processing.
