Holiday Porchetta
If your’e anything like me, you want to be creative in the kitchen. The food you serve reflects on your soul. These holiday spice Porchetta’s are to DIE for. Packed full of flavor from our Heritage pork & then complimented with sage, rosemary, citrus zest & cranberries.
You can buy these directly from us pre made at your local market, or try to make it yourself at home! We use the loin & belly to make ours. But you can de bone a shoulder and do it that way to (Just make sure it’s skin on!)
This is how to prepare them :
Rub that bad boy down with salt & olive oil , if you think you’ve put enough on.... add more
450-500- for like 40 minutes (this makes the skin pop)
Drop it down to 350 for an hour
Drop again to 300
When you drop the temp just drizzle the pan drippings over top of the meat
