Panko & parm chops
-1/2 cup panko
-1/8 cup fresh grated Parm
-2 Of our Heritage Pork Chops
Pre season chops in your favorite pork seasoning (ours is St. Elmo’s)
Rub chops in olive oil, toss dry ingredients together in a Tupperware & shake chops until coated
Bake at 425 for roughly 18 minutes or until internal temp is 145 LET THEM REST !
